We all carry an inner critic — that voice that judges, doubts, or holds us back. In this workshop, participants will explore where it comes from, why it shows up, and how to respond with compassion.
Through guided mindfulness and expressive art-making, attendees will:
- Personify the inner critic so it no longer lives only in the mind
- Practice setting healthy boundaries with that voice
- Reconnect with their authentic, playful creative essence
This is a safe, welcoming space for self-discovery and expression. Participants will leave feeling lighter, more compassionate toward themselves, and more connected to their true inner wisdom.
